Hi Charlie,

One of the motivating factors behind posting details of shorted CDU shares daily, is to try and enforce some form of transparency to the market and CDU shareholders.

The need for transparency is high-lighted in the case of CuDeco by a CDU share price that doesn't respond to news in the way shareholders expect.

Especially when CuDeco is making strong operational gains and making exciing new discoveries at Rocklands South and other areas of Rocklands and adjacent tenement.

We have seen that there is no way of knowing what the real position is with shorting. Even ASIC fails miserably to pick up illegal methods of trading.

Churning is illegal, therefore, I don't want to see it happening to CDU securities.

As gjcl has also pointed out, the shorting affects all Superannuaion Fund contributors in the longer term.

I intend keeping the daily records of shoring of CDU, and making a submission to the Treasurer and ASIC on the matter.
