Hi Max - I think you're deeply involved in a shorting conspiracy theory for CDU that just doesn't exist. About 18 months ago as a long term holder in LYC that at the time was turning over $10m a day I along with every other long termer got slammed daily with shorters, shorting 70% of the volume - that's much much worse than the 18-30% that effects CDU. Nobody went on about it, it was just a daily kick in the head.
Just as you believe in anonymous shorting Nominee accounts I'm just as certain that there's some manipulative Nominee buying groups out there as well.
Otherwise how do you explain the foolishness of buying and sending CDU on the Open up everyday for the last few weeks when they know they are about to compete with the dumping of M&G.
As long termers, shorting always seems unfair, but it is legal and there's no way that any authority is going to exempt CDU especially - but the best of luck on this anyway, you've certainly done the yards on this one.
