I can assure you that those words I used are my own concoction.
If you look at all of my earlier correspondence you will find that I have considered that the CDU share price on the 18th August, 2010, was manipulated.
That is why I have pressed for a forensic investigation into the trading on that day. ASIC are not game to do it, so I am asking for a Senate Enquiry or a Royal Commission to investigate the whole matter.
I have used the "CUDeco Shareholder Research" document in recent times to cover the wider aspects of manipulation which has been uncovered by the research so far undertaken. I have not done the research myself but the evidence is compelling.
I only want fairness and honesty in the market. It is unjust when investors are cheated through foul play.
Only time will tell what gives. I hope the recent High Court ruling gives ASIC some teeth to work with.
