SFR's achievements deserve a significant amount of praise. From discovery to production in 3 years is almost unheard of in Australia, particularly for a greenfield site.

The use of debt to fund project development is (a) tax efficient and (b) less dilutive for shareholders - as reduces funds that have to be raised by share placements.

As for whom pays the first dividend, lets return to the topic when CDU has completed construction and commenced commercial production through its milling facility.
