Yes Penny, unfortunately us little people quite often are just fodder for the big boys, and their connections into Govt mean the rules will always favour them. We are always in an uphill battle due to shallower pockets, and the manipulation allowed to go on by naked shortselling is disgusting. It all gets back to the western style of corruption, not as opaque as the Asian style.
