How many vehicle movements p.a. at say 100 tonne each.

How many a day.

What costs in cents/tonne-km for a round trip?

Whose road is it? So don't forget they have to pay DoT fees for such heavy usage if it is DoT road.

Which port will they export from? Can they take the concentrate directly to port warehouse, or do they have to unhitch and take in a wagon a time? Do they even have a port access?
