The rights gives you the ability to buy the
share with the acc option but if you decide before the due
date not to participate you let them lapse.

One investor has a buy order for $1Mill rights
I doubt they have a lazy $2.5Mill to convert.
Most of the action on CDUR is related to trading
some believe that the price will rise due to
the "rabbit" at the AGM and see the possibility
of making a few dollars due to a quick trade.

IMHO a very risky strategy.
