Please dont assume i am hoping this will go lower I don't care if it goes up or down. I was saying this would drop a lot more when it was in still in high 30s, most everyone else was sure it was bottoming then. I just don't think it's a good buy without some great news expected which I don't think is the case in the near term which is the time frame that most guys bought into for a quick trade. just being cheap isn't good enough as many have found out those bargains in the 40s, 30s, and even 20s are now very painful holds. I wouldn't too much stock in the Hartleys report it's no guarantee of the outcomes they are hoping for to justify 46 cents.
