Hey im just having a little trouble understanding options, i know its not really on topic but i just want some things cleared up. If i buy 1 option contract for 5 cents to purchase stock at 10 cents, and then tomorrow the stock price goes to 20 cents can i immidiatly buy 100 shares at 10 cents and sell them at 20 cents to make a profit of $9.95? Also what happens if you do not have enough money to purchase the shares when you want to exercise your options, can you get a loan?
