Here’s the latest advert from the latest Apple Watch 5.
What took me by interest is the detail they have gone to express it’s ECG monitoring ability as a core functionality from its PPG sensor.
I took 2 things away:
1) Wearables health angle is huge and will only continue to advance (just like camera’s are for phones)
2) Google would be silly not to lock up CDX (via FitBit purchase) to ensure their wearables strategy is competitive (if not better from a health angle) than Apple
Perfect storm!
