I've been avoiding posting it because the charts on this have been hit and miss many times before, but there's also a C+H pattern that had 9.6 as the lip price, it was tested and possibly broken yesterday - target price would be the same, 13.5 to 14c

I think i read somewhere someone mentioned 8c would be full of stale holders and not fall easily but that not only fell but also got retested for support.

We are in a technically robust phase here, alot going on for neutral traders to want to participate in.
