Yep - crazy compensation particularly when you look at the own goals and extraordinary value destruction (ie CDX share price PLUS dilution). Here are a sample of what different companies with varying success paid their CEO on 2023, and 2023 was another annus horribilis for CDX. Yet shareholders want to give the Board more power!?
