The problem is not Regal selling but nobody stepping up to the plate to take the volume.
I believe there is such a disconnect between the share price and what the companies offerings are headed.
Just a spot of news that could rerate could switch it on.

Looking over at another stock 500million market cap with a 2 million deal and it goes up 20%. These type of announcements although they seem insignificant give investors confidence that the technology is wanted and bigger deals are possibly coming.
My perception of the highlight at the meeting from a previous question was that it was a clinical trail as the passage of conversation was heading that way.
Although always have to leave open from my comment above that maybe the disconnect is my perception and reality.
