He also doesn't understand that you need good governance to attract good investors to give market comfort that there is future funding support from serious investors.
Despite the criticism and the obvious benefits from fixing the issues, he's done nothing ... why? is it negligence, lacking capabilities, incompetence, strategic and Machiavellian (orchestrating cheap stock and control)?.... all these are bad
