I’m all for accountability, improved governance but how I see it….
If I vote No, likelihood of CDX needing funding and/or capital raise or default jumps substantially resulting in dilution or worse loss of my investment.
If I vote Yes, CDX makes it to Pulse production, holding gets diluted, but Craig et all have more to lose if they fail now as they are the largest owner (cant you argue that they are being held to account by being the largest holders? They’re losing more money than any of us? Acknowledge their incentives/ options etc go some way to mitigate but I doubt they are ahead).
I’ve said it consistently, I want to get to Pulse. The information from Pulse sales I think will allow me to make more informed decision making on my investment. I’m not thrilled my holdings are down 78%, but the only way Craig et all can fix it is by delivering on their vision, and that starts with Pulse. If they mess that up, then I’ll grab the pitchfork and join the others on this forum whose sentiment I think we’re all familiar with.
