Here's my rough prediction / hope for holders how it plays out, building for a big 2H of 2024... I was a little unresearched expecting news on Pulse sales so quick per my previous posts, as I should have referred to the timeline provided.
It does appear some holders have given up recently based on the volumes, but realistically the blue sky potential everyone invested in should begin to come to fruition in coming months (finally after many years). The foundation is laid.
3k units in August would in terms of ARR be;
3,000 x $250 x 12 months = $9mil ARR at 80% gross profit margin -
per this investor presentation.
+7,000 additional units = 10,000 x $250 x 12 months = $25mil ARR
If those figures are achieved or even close in the coming year, apply a revenue multiple of say 10x and you're looking at $250mil MC, over 10 bags from here... CDX is currently priced as an absolute failure, I think the markets impatience and NASDAQ hiccup has presented an opportunity. As the Pulse is on the cusp of commercialisation after years of development and waiting. Throw the Conneqt band in the mix late this year too.
Speculative, but if management can deliver I'll never criticise the cashflows again, and buy myself a few 5 star humble pies. It could just be close to the perfect time to build a position...
