Just a thought to consider - app downloads are not a reliable leading indicator of sales when a big focus is selling to clinical research organisations. If 500 units are sold to a CRO you likely don’t get 500 app downloads immediately until the trial is activated. Then 2 years later, for example, the next trial group might download 500 apps when a further 500 units have not been sold.
