    Think it's a decent speculative parcel here...

    Management need to get a decent sales announcement over the line...

    Let the short - mid term VWAP get to a decent level...

    Then pull the raise trigger... Or worst case we get diluted more than I'd like to for the next raise...

    Or C2 could be legends and do a 0% loan, get the price up a bit, then raise.....
