They could sell out of entire stock in hours with the right endorsement, or published review.

Marketing could send out invitations subject to writing/producing a review, for freebies to impactful influencers. You send dot points to lead the discussion. Maybe follow-up with a video interview a few weeks later. There are lifestyle accounts with tens of thousands of followers, that don't review products ie you wouldn't have to pay them. If they haven't procured a list of influencers, or using a service to achieve this,
Plan - give a freebie. Get influencer to review. If follower repost/retweet they get a time limited discount voucher. Then without prior notice allocate a freebie to the best influencers (tracked by voucher code) for one follower to get one free (subject to prescription, USA resident etc) if they repost/retweet. The repost is like a competition entry. The repost graphic has to be supplied by company. (I am unsure of legalities of competitions and health products etc) Follow up with a video interview.
