    I expected there will most likely be a reasonable explanation for why sub holder notice has not been released, just email him and ask him?


    Announcement dated 25/01/2019 may be of some use for reading in regards to the C2 Investment via convertible note which should clarify for you that all $2.5 million be allocated to CDX from C2. But due to Corporations Act they are unable allocate a portion of it for another 6 months.. Its all there in black and white.
