If he’s not going to sell them, what does it really matter if he got his first round of performance shares? They are just sitting there, like the other millions of shares ($4mil worth) he purchased in the two cap raises. Not saying I’m a fan of how he got them, but what’s done is done and winging like a kid who didn’t get his way isn’t going to change that.
