Commissioned report so take with massive grain of salt. Having said that there is definitely something in the wind - volumes rising of late. Despite what I say about the report, I'm a long term holder and believer in the story despite missteps in the past. Needs to break into the 4 range though before I add. I still think the deadline of Nov next year for options expiry is the deadline to watch. Lots to happen in the next 12 months, and with a focus on the health sector, I see this moving towards that report target
