Even reverse split will not work for long as the company will run out of cash in less than a year. The company will no longer able to raise capital. I predict Dennis Eck will buy the company for a penny and Maria becomes his junior partner. They sell Midkine and retain the hair business.
The alternative is for Maria and several board members to resign as they no longer have any credibility and let a proper and serious CEO take over the company and clean it up. I strongly believe a CEO with good intentions can easily turn around this company.
