For the same reason the Wallabies didn't make an announcement on the All Blacks winning the world rugby cup.
It is Pacific Edge's announcement to release - not Cellmid's (although I'm sure Maria & Co will be aware and happy of the news).
What's wrong with the shareholders doing their own research and making their own assessments of such announcements? If it weren't for the likes of Pharma and Osi posting about Pacific Edge's ongoing news - I wonder how many other Cellmid's shareholders would be aware of the implications? I would!!
