But what you previously wrote was that the radiation was applied "only on the surface of the tumor" and "none inside". IMO thats quite wrong and completely misleading. The beads are too small to pass through capillaries into the venous circulation, but they do lodge in the small blood vessels penetrating and supplying the tumor, and are consequently INSIDE the tumor and the radiation can easily penetrate throughout the tumor issue.
What you wrote is very misleading.
