Why are you even interested ? you don’t hold ? Do you think BSI is just sitting there twiddling their thumbs waiting for OSL to reply . BSI obviously gave OSL a list of issues with their submission , The fact they gave OSL a second chance to address those issues shows OSL went very close to getting approval last time . OSL has done the diligent thing and obviously taken great care to throughly address all of BSI concerns
