Not necessarily, more than likely just a matter of old fashioned greed/human psychology. People can see that this one has a very high chance in multiplying many times over in value on a fixed impending event with roughly predictable time frame. The earlier you are in the game, the much more likely you are to never actually have to take that final risk, as you can cash out at 100%'s of percent profit with 100%'s still left to go on actual good news. I wouldn't be surprised if it was over 10c by end of month, and if it has a few much bigger sharper runs after that too. Of course this is all just my theory, which is specifically based only on my observation of human behavior when presented with these kind of situations rather than any knowledge of medical mumbo jimbo I guess time will tell.
