So you want OSL to self regulate themselves? so they can approve their own treatments at will?
Talk about losing the plot.
Paragraph 1. Nowhere has OSL demonstrated that the device works. BSI have clearly communicated this to OSL.
Paragraph 2. It's not a new process. Read their website. If your application is "rejected", you have the option of paying a fixed sum (which OSL have elected to do) to have the decision reviewed.
Paragraph 3. You're right, OSL shouldn't set up another trial... what ANOTHER waste of money and effort that will be.
Paragraph 4. BSI aren't stuffing around. They have for years rejected OSL's application... but OSL continues to stuff around and can't take NO for an answer.
Paragraph 5. I'd also replace OSL for BSI... and it'd be a perfect summation of OSL's story.
