    it is 45 days after starting the process - we started the process some time back in Feb/March... then held the process up intentionally... then announced additional material needed to be submitted... that additional info was provided to BIS towards the end of June... so the clock has well and truly run on a 45 day approval basis... TIS have been purposely tardy for more than the reasons stated, of which they have admitted to only a few --- but to answer your question - approval could be any day now...
