OK, just from my own personal experience of medicine in the UK, within any medicinal packaging there is a paper slip that has all the details required in all EU languages. Often the largest label will be in English, but the supplementary labels on the exterior will cover all the other languages.
So you don't need to go labelling your packaging for specific countries. That's the point of the CE Mark, as per unified EU regulations, with zero trade restrictions between member states.
