I was just commenting that naming names here is a sure ask for moderation.

There are big players messing with the SP imo but as much as they may have some control over the sp I doubt they have any control over what happens with the MPA. If the MPA does come through eventually then it will be much harder to keep the sp down, probably it will be held down but at a higher base then it is now. On the other hand if the MPA does not eventuate, then the high rolling sp controllers will burn in the same fire as the rest of us.
