There seem to be a lot of guess work and angst on this forum about AMP ceasing to be a substantial holder (SH).

    Lets look at some facts.
    (1) AMP started sell down it's holding of HGO on the 3rd Sept when HGO hit a high of 0.093.
    (2) They continued to sell up to and including the 17th.
    (3) HGO went into trading halt for cap raising and re-opened on the 23rd where AMP sold over 13m shares.
    (4) For the period 3rd to 23rd they disposed of approx 18.2m shares which left them with approx 70.4m shares.
    (5) In the period 24th to 25th, they disposed of approx 32.2m shares, of which, approx 28.9m were disposed of in 1 trade which showed as a "S3 XT" (Can someone enlighten me on what is a "S3" cross trade please).
    (6) This leaves AMP with approx 38.2m shares or 3.24% (post cap raising).
    (7) They just need to "top-up" by approx another 20m and they are back as a SH.

Now here's my guess ... AMP were just taking some profit, they'll be back as a SH soon !

    GLTA
    Cheers
