It always pricks my ears up when i see a "ceasing to be a substantial" holder notice just prior to an "appointment of voluntary administrator" notice.

anyway the big volumes were on 12/2/2015 , transaminvest sold 24.1million shares average 3.6 cents a cool 876k
That was after the "binding MOU" for $110million from Castlepines Global, well the rest is history.
The big debts to creditors need to be finalised at this stage it looks like they will have to accept (??) cents in the dollar so then id say the company wil be wound up and liquidated unless a white knight appears and then they will want very very favourable terms and a need to recapitalise the company.
As delisted alwasys says about VA, they never auger well for shareholders

or was that MOM (MEMORANDUM OF MISUNDERSTANDING)

anyway good luck to all, its just that mining is very exhaustive business financially and DML had big big debts that creditors were getting nervous about
