remember the VIX has to look bullish
if the outlook is to remain bearish..

still think a cyclical element will
determine where the vix will end up
and at the moment it looks highly probable
the corrective phase has kicked in...

still if u think cycle analysis is 'hocus pocus'
then simple support / resistance suggests a
convincing break thru 37.32 then 48.09
is required if world indices / equities are
to deteriorate from here...
