I dont have the experience of many others here , but have been to Cebu and loved it . Strange you ask the question was just talking to a fillipino friend of mine and we were talking about going back .
Maniila always feels a bit unsafe to me , incredibly crowded and much poverty . I felt more relaxed in Cebu , having read though the posts I can see there are many more parts of the phills I should be seeing .
