Hi Daicoisgod,
I believe the 2H20 delay in settlements will largely be caught up in FY21 given the red hot new home market, especially in WA. This has obviously been supported by a high level of government stimulus.
I guess the real question is how sustainable that demand will be post-stimulus, including running against a headwind of a likely pull-forward of demand.
