Yes still in CWP. In fact maintained my holding throughout 2020, not sold a single share.
Upside is very strong. Housing across Australia will pivot to single dwellings and small scale multiple dwellings, away from large developments where residents are forced into communal areas to access their apartments. Should be called togetherments not apartments.
Singles and small scale multiples is where CWP excels.
CWP is strong in WA, QLD and SA where border crossings are constrained. It’s other stronghold is in Victoria but we are a basket case for at least 12 months. The one bright spot in Victoria is the continued commercial developments at Williams Landing. Even though the revenue stream is a bit lumpy it is a good margin segment with lots of demand for commercial buildings away from the CBD and the dreaded virus spreading public transport system.
The outlook is a bit muted for FY’21 but rosy after that.CWP is still acquiring good acreage and I expect that to continue.
