royce ,not from what i can gather,i have spoke to directors and they have assured me they will convince the market over the next 2 weeks with announcements regarding ownership and their take,all is good signed sealed delivered bar the 100% ownership of vertex which is in the hands of the solicitors to be signed and finalised,cheeers mate i hope this helps you
