Yes that's correct, they managed to secure a 19 cent buy in price by manipulating the share price down. What people need to realise is that these greedy bottom feeders don't care about the long term future of the company like most of us. All they care about is making money and more than happy to drive the price up and down to profit along the way. Yes, they might have a view that the share price will appreciate at some point in time but it's a well known strategy to hold the price down for capital raises knowing that they'll purchase cheaper shares. It goes on all the time. Don't believe me? Professor google will back up what I'm saying
