    Appreciate the analysis @13th, look forward to and enjoy learning from your posts.
    It probably doesn't add to what you have already detailed, but from my amateur's look at this it seems there is a cup and handle formed over the past 3 months, and if it breaks 32c we can expect a ride back to 38c as you mention.
