    Yeah, that does make sense.

    I guess the spike in whole was around that speech and really how much does that mean.... just that it is still on the agenda.

    Also anyone that bought in the 1-2c range (like myself) got amazing short-term gains, so profit taking can make sense for a lot.

    What is reassuring is the volumes traded to push the price down from 4c to 2.7c seems fairly low - https://www.bloomberg.com/quote/CEL:AU
