    you are right, I've said all along Gxy management know the true worth and the true potential. all that is required- trust me if the right partner doesn't make a fair offer for SDV, they will be kicking themselves in the future, when it's received- GXY know this- they are negotiating from strength, not weakness- only patience is required.
