to be fair to management, the focus up until mid 2018 was Mount Cattlin. 2 years (2017 & 2018) of 160kt spod production at that mine has now allowed their focus to shift to the next asset, SDV. Given that they have been tinkering away for the last half of 2018, and significantly ramped up Q1 2019, it’s a bit rough to say they have achieved sfa.

setting the foundations early and making the correct decisions are critical for any asset with a 40 year life.

I think we see some announcements prior prior to the arrival of the new CEO which will establish the path to production at SDV. Way to much speculation at the moment even from “experts”.
