    What a surprise, - notice as usual it's all promises nothing concrete (not even green! LOL, obviously rights issue wasn't going to fly so roll out plan B

    My take is they will still have the rights issue - only a few will take it up and they will pay some debentures down and try to roll the rest over - can they do this - not sure of the terms of the debentures - what if debenture holders insist on getting their money
