No one is going to pay $400/tonne for fly ash (unless it somehow is able to turn into gold).
Whilst the green cement has potential, the value will be in the magic ingredients and not the fly ash... I think the bulk of the money will be earnt with the magic ingredients (ie by Descrete, not by MSC). I think MSC will make money from the product, but definitely NOT the amount that you are suggesting.
