When the DFS is completed people will be able to easily calculate (+/- 10%) how many more shares will be issued in KDR to complete the SQM transaction thus providing a better picture on the current MC & hence SP. However certainly looks good from an investors POV in both the ST & LT.

Wait long enough and SQM’s loan conversion into KDR shares will return them their original investment. Net entry into Earl Grey at zero net cost. Not bad deal makers if I say so myself.
