IMHO - KDR are sitting heads and shoulders above their competition because:
- >50 years in ground production
- Haven't pre-sold the resource to get into production or develop refinery which allows them to capitalise on the commodity prices thru the critical crunch between 2020 - 2030.
- The partner SQM have the technical experience and deep pockets to ensure a refinery is commissioned successfully.
- The market for lithium powered products is in its infancy and has a long way to market maturity.
- One of the only lithium resources I'm aware of with standalone gold resources as an afterthought bi-product adding immense economic value to the project both short and long term.

They don’t call it a loan conversion agreement in the agm meeting explanatory statement for nothing. Worth a re-read before you vote.
