Celegene has rights to take up, and these expire in April. I view this as they don't make their decision in April, but rather they have up to April to make their decision. Should the assumption be made that the closer they get to April, the more unlikely it is that they will take up the rights? Not down ramping, just wanting to understand how to view this.
