If they are not in discussions with Celegene they must issue an ann that the discussions have terminated. (I called MSB to confirm this, and that they remain in negotiations and confirmed they must issue an ann when negotiations terminate).

@madamswer likes to stir the pot and pretend that isn't the case, when he knows full well the disclosure situation means we remain in negotiations with Celgene.

It's not at all unusual for biotechs to have protracted negotiations. (Just try telling him that. Anything to do with biotechs he reckons should be like widgets and we should be selling millions of widgets before buying the stock, and paying a premium for that 'certainty'. Anything else is unacceptable risk.)
