Hi Kak , agree with you - 1 or 2.
Remember ..the vice -versa . MSB are now free to deal with any other party.
We don't know what else is on the table ( unrelated to Celgene e.g. Japan deals ; Disk deals ect), but given the NASDAQ cap raise ( a life time ago now) it appears that MSB are not to concerned about an announcement .
If anything and in a ironic way.. the longer it goes without a announcement , the more likely I feel that Celgene are pursuing their discussions. To be a MSB holder you need staying power...and plenty of us have that.
My thoughts only. Please do your own thing.
